We have a four step work process: Research, Planning, Production and Reporting.

Our research process involves a clear appreciation of our client's objectives, the facts and the environment. In most circumstances, this takes us beyond the client as a source of information. We want to be certain our clients benefit from the objectivity of an outsider's point of view.

At RPPR communications strategy is of paramount importance. This thinking process is the difference between making noise and being understood. It is the stage at which we combine information, experience and content to achieve a specific and desired result.

Our production skills include a broad range of media, special events and other communications tactics to ensure our clients message is communicated effectively. We have in-house design, media and technology expertise to deliver impactful, results-driven communications programs. We work with video editors, sound technicians and software programmers to ensure that whether your message is being delivered on newsprint, video tape, CD or the internet, it will have the desired effect. An important part of our job is to understand media and to develop creative content that will maximize strengths.

Reporting and measurement systems are an essential part of every project. Whether it is news monitoring and analysis, attitudinal surveys, comprehensive high-technology monitoring functions or an in-house qualitative post-mortem, post-communication evaluation ensures an ongoing learning process which leads to better communications through continuous improvement.
