RPPR’s experience in investor relations dates back more than two decades when its principal was a business writer with Canadian Press’ Montreal bureau. As consultants we have been involved in a number of IR assignments including the privatization of Air Canada, a variety of assignments with Repap Enterprises which gave us first-hand experience south of the border, and extensive IPO work. We have worked with companies who have been delisted, and who have operated under court protection to recover.

We approach Investor Relations as we do all of our communications assignments: as components of an overall strategy designed to achieve specific objectives. We believe corporate annual reports are but one element of a continuum designed to portray a corporation’s performance in the best light now and in the future.
